Keeping Up with Thursday: Issue 10, page 24 by WellThoughtUsername Keeping Up with Thursday: Issue 10, page 24 by WellThoughtUsername
6 pages left to go, and we leave Patrick and Vinnie with these two rodents... :3

It sucks owning a business in a world economy with humans. The world of human and furry critters in this cartoon-esque world isn't quite as pretty as it may look, and certainly, it's not easy making a living.

Especially the brothel. xD Smashed to pieces, sadly, leaving our poor girl alone with an Inn that everyone seems to rob, and not stay for a worthwhile warm-up. :(

Oh, and for anyone wondering... Yes, KUWT Valentines gifts are coming up for your enjoyment and use. :3 Please credit me should you decide to use them. :)

I really love how you touch on the issues these characters face sharing their world with the big, careless humans. Now I feel a little bad that we had to chase a pair of mice out of their home in our grill. To think, in another world it could have become the hottest rodent nightclub in the midwest!

It adds a nice layer of realism to the fiction, because you're right. It's not all sunshine and rainbows, especially for the mice.

Thank you. :) The more human KUWT becomes, the more it sets it apart from cartoons we've all known and have seen. ^^ I'll try to make sure more of it happens as well, to make the experience feel concrete. :3 Just as there is mice, there's all kinds of animals, too going around - each with their own status and uniqueness.

:giggle: Hehe, well, thankfully they haven't done anything too nasty in that grill. xD I'd wash it thoroughly just to be sure. ;)

You're welcome. I've noticed that. And it really works! It's hard to articulate exactly how, but you're doing a fantastic job on it. I suck at explaining... :XD:

Luckily they were in the lower part (it's one of those huge Weber grills with the propane tank), not the food cooking part. Dad cleaned it out though. No need for burning mouse-pee fumes to taint his chicken!

D'aww, thanks! :3

Hehe, that's good to hear. :3 That's also one reason why I don't let Patrick and gang near the cheese, too, LOL. I've heard it gives real mice, well, stomach problems... xD

No problem. :)

I've heard that myself. We let the rats have very tiny doses of it, but most of their diets were grains and veggies. Much better for them.
